Meet Rouanne
Buyer's AgentRouanne, a first-generation Californian, was born and raised in Los Angeles County. Growing up with limited means, she never imagined owning a home would be within reach. Having moved frequently across the city, never staying in one neighborhood for more than two years, she immersed herself in a variety of cultures and unique homes throughout LA. It was during this time that she realized her desire to own a home.
Driven by determination and a commitment to learning, Rouanne soon discovered that homeownership was in fact attainable. After purchasing her first fixer-upper in Highland Park, her interest in real estate was sparked. She began her career in the title insurance industry, gaining valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge of the document processing side of real estate transactions. However, her desire to engage more creatively with the business led her to pursue her real estate license. With a passion for helping others navigate one of the biggest investments of their lives, Rouanne knew joining the Lexi Newman team would provide the knowledge and ethical foundation she was looking for.
Outside of real estate, Rouanne finds another creative outlet in pottery, where she enjoys the therapeutic process of throwing clay on the wheel. Though not a chemist, she also experiments with glaze-making, relishing the unpredictable reactions that occur during the firing process. A lifelong learner, she has also taken up the cello, despite not having a musical background. To stay physically active, Rouanne enjoys rock climbing and playing pickleball.
